OK, looks like the new version of the events calendar now makes you use the events section, can’t use post, then change to event.  But at least they fixed the “all day event” button to toggle correctly.

AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY USE SOME DIFFERENT NUMBERING SYSTEM SO WE CAN’T EASILY ADD EVENTS TO THE MIDDLE OF THE HOME PAGE. I HATE CHANGE
