Learn to create a simple backyard pizza oven using the most basic and cost effective set up possible in this hands-on weekend workshop. Jerry Hart is an accomplished builder of wood-fired pizza ovens. He’s even created stat-of-the-art ovens that do double duty as kilns when not being used for cooking. Those who attend the workshop will be offered a great discount on high-fire brick to get their projects started. Join in the fun and come back the next weekend when Jerry makes pizza for everyone and shares all of his best recipes!
