In celebration of our 75th anniversary, The Weavers Guild of Greater Cincinnati, in partnership with nine local craft guilds, will host The Gathering of the Guilds (GOTG) on Saturday, September 9th, 2023 from 10-6.

GOTG will showcase the wide variety of opportunities in craft education available in our city. Members of our community will discover that vibrant craft guilds exist and that they welcome new members. Guilds will be ready to sign up new members and offer schedules for upcoming classes. The event will  include live demonstrations of blacksmithing, glassblowing, printmaking, weaving, spinning, quilting, art-book design, enameling, gemstone cutting, woodturning, and fabrication with clay.

The Clay Alliance will be in attendance demonstrating our craft on the pottery wheel and handbuilding. We’ll also be selling tickets for our upcoming Empty Bowls event happening on November 5th at Arnold’s Bar & Grill.
